子宫动脉栓塞术治疗妇科良性疾病对卵巢功能影响[摘要] 目的 探讨子宫动脉栓塞(UAE)治疗子宫肌瘤及对子宫腺肌病患者卵巢功能的影响,为有生育要求的患者应用UAE提供理论依据。方法 选择21～45岁,既往月经周期规则,因子宫肌瘤及子宫腺肌病行UAE的妇女37例。监测治疗后在栓塞前、栓塞后3个月及6个月,评估所有病人的症状改善情况,并且采用经阴道彩色能量多普勒超声对子宫及病灶进行动态监测,监测月经,子宫大小,子宫动脉和卵巢动脉血流动态改变及性激素水平情况。结果 ①子宫动脉栓塞术前后子宫体积和子宫动脉血流参数比较,术前与术后3个月、术后6个月比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 UAE是一项安全的治疗技术,不会引起永久性闭经,对卵巢内分泌功能及卵巢排卵功能影响是短暂、轻微、可逆的。 [关键词]动脉栓塞术;子宫肌瘤;子宫腺肌病;卵巢功能 [中图分类号] R737.31[文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2010)04-27-03 Effect of Uterine Artery Embolization Used in Treatment of Leiomyoma and Adenomyosis on Ovarian Function PAN Lihua1SUN Hua2DING Yonghui1YANG Caihong1JI Xueqin1 1.Department of Gynecology,Affiliated Hospital of Ningxia Medical University,Yinchuan 750004,China;2.Shanxi Provincial People’s Hospital Involved in Section,Xi’an 710068,China [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the uterine artery embolization(UAE) for treatment of uterine leiomyoma and adenomyosis in patients with ovarian function of the ring shadow,the requirements for maternity patients and provide a theoretical basis UAE. Methods 21～45 years old,previous menstrual cycle is due to uterine leiomyoma and adenomyosis line 37 cases of women in UAE. Monitoring in the embolization treatment before 3 months after embolization and 6 months to assess all the patient’s symptoms to improve the situation,and the use of energy by transvaginal color Doppler and uterine lesions on dynamic monitoring,the monitoring period,uterine size,uterine artery and ovarian artery blood flow dynamic changes and levels of sex hormones. Results ①both before and after uterine artery embolization for uterine volume and uterine artery blood flow parameters,preoperative and postoperative 3 months,6 months after operation the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion UAE is a safe treatment and will not cause permanent amenorrhea of ovarian endocrine function and ovulation of ovarian function is a short,mild,reversible.
