电缆绕组变压器外半导电层中的电流特性

摘要 电缆绕组变压器的线圈所用的电缆为去掉外金属护套的电缆，当绕组芯线上存在高频
电压时，在其外半导电层上会产生相同频率电压与电流。为了研究外半导电层内的电流大小与芯
线内电压、电流等参量之间的关系，首先利用有限元法对外半导电层中的涡流电流进行计算，然
后对绕组外半导电层的等效电路进行了研究，最后通过与实验相比较的方法，分析了电缆绕组变
压器外半导电层中电流产生的原因，并研究了半导电层材料的电阻率对其内部电流幅值的影响。
