左氧氟沙星联合盐酸特拉唑嗪治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效评价【摘要】目的：探讨左氧氟沙星联合盐酸特拉唑嗪治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的疗效。方法：对42例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者采用左氧氟沙星联合盐酸特拉唑嗪口服治疗，疗程4～8w。应用NIH-CPSI 标准对治疗前、后总评分及包括患者的疼痛、排尿症状、生活质量进行统计学分析。结果：总有效率92.86%，且无明显不良反应。大多数患者症状有明显改善， 全部病例治疗前、后NIH- CPSI总评分分别为(31.07±7.4)分、(15.15±6.29)分(P0.01)；疼痛不适评分分别为(15.20±3.32)分、(8.01±3.52)分(P0.01)；排尿症状评分分别为(7.59±2.21)分、(3.36±1.72)分(P0.01)；生活质量评分分别为(11.15±3.83)分、(4.84±2.66)分(P0.01)。结论：左氧氟沙星联合盐酸特拉唑嗪治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎，通过作用于不同环节，疗效显著，无明显不良反应，值得在临床上推广运用。 【关键词】慢性非细菌性前列腺炎；左氧氟沙星；盐酸特拉唑嗪 文章编号：1009-5519（2008）05-0636-03 中图分类号：R16 文献标识码：A Evaluation of the curative effect of levofloxacin combined with terazosin hydrochloride in 42 patients with chronic nonhacterial prostatitis LONG Jian-ming （The Second People’s Hospital of Dujiangyan，Sichuan 611830，China） 【Abstract】Objective：To study the curative effect of levofloxacin combined with terazosion hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. Methods：42 patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis were treated with levofloxacin and terazosin hydrochloride for 4~8 weeks.With the standard of NIH-CPSI，the total scores before and after treatment including pain，urination symptom and quality of life were compared.
