新郑市已婚妇女生殖健康现状研究[摘要] 目的 了解新郑市常住人口已婚妇女生殖健康现状。方法 利用每年6次的单月康检时间,对各乡镇、办事处已婚妇女进行免费妇科病普查。项目包括:阴道镜、乳腺透视、B超、白带常规等。结果 共有62 060人做阴道镜检查,参检率为46.47%,以慢性宫颈炎、阴道炎发病率为高;乳腺检查76 340人,参检率为57.17%,乳腺增生患者较多;B超检查83 600人,参检率为62.60%,发现子宫肌瘤、卵巢肿瘤较多。结论 我市已婚妇女生殖健康状况不容乐观,妇科常见病以宫颈炎发病率最高,阴道炎次之。作为计划生育技术服务者,应该为群众提供及时、正确、有针对性的生殖健康科普知识,转变服务意识,提高服务水平,常年开展妇科病普查普治工作,从而满足她们不断增长的生殖健康需求。 [关键词] 已婚妇女; 生殖健康现状 [中图分类号] R173 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2010)15-87-02 Current Situation of Reproductive Health Status of Married Women in Xinzheng City DUAN Jinpeng LI ShurongCAI BaohongLU Tongqing Henan Province Xinzheng City Family Planning Service Station,Xinzheng 451100,China [Abstract] ObjectiveTo have clear understanding of the reproductive health status of the married women in Xinzheng City. MethodsThe free gynecological survey of married women was made,Including colposcopy examination,breast X-ray,B ultrasound,vaginal Orders by using monthly health inspection opportunity(6 times a year) in the towns. ResultsA total of 62,060 people received the colposcopy ex- amination,the participation rate was 46.47%,with high chronic cervicitis and vaginitis incidences. The breast examination of 76 340 people showed the participation rate was 57.17%,with higher breast hyperplasia,and B ultrasonography for 83,600 people showed the participation rate was 62.60%,with more uterine fibroids and ovarian tumors. ConclusionThe reproductive health status of the married women in our city is not optimistic,the incidence of cervicitis is the highest and the next is vaginitis. The family planning technical services should provide people with timely,accurate,targeted reproductive health knowledge,changing service awareness,improving service levels and conducting annual gynecological general surveys to meet their growing demands for reproductive health.
