公司简介 Company Profile 湖南福尔康医用卫生材料股份有限公司始建于2002年12月，是经湖南省食品药品监督管理局和省发改委及省纤维局批准许可生产、销售（含出口）医用脱脂棉、脱脂纱布、医用敷料、急救包、防护口罩、全棉水刺无纺布、化妆棉和天然无毒抗菌清洁元素等及棉花收购、加工、销售的湖南省内唯一自行生产脱脂棉的医疗器械生产企业。公司现有全国唯一德国迪斯公司产高温高压脱脂漂白生产线，可年产7000吨医用脱脂棉；香港立信公司产纱布染漂生产线，可年产1亿米医用脱脂纱布；拥有可年产2000吨全棉水刺无纺布及年产2000吨水刺化妆棉生产线。公司引进台湾技术，正建设全国首家年产20000吨天然无毒抗菌清洁元素生产基地，该产品替代石化合成洗涤用品，首创生物、天然、环保、低碳、健康洗涤行业新篇章。基地位于湖南省岳阳市华容丁业园，占地200亩，公司依靠华容县丰富的棉花等原材料资源和公司自主创新的工艺技术及产业链发展的成本优势，计划三年内打造成中南地区最大的医用卫生材料和个人护理用品生产基地，创中国天然抗菌卫生用品品牌龙头，可实现年产值3亿元，逐步达到5亿元。公司为岳阳市农业产业化龙头企业，2009年、2010年入围湖南省重点上市后备企业，力争三年上市。 Founded in December 2002, Hunan Fuerkang Medical Hygienic Material Co., Ltd., the sole enterprise in Hunan Province for independently manufacturing absorbent cotton, produces and sells (including export) medical absorbent cotton, absorbent gauze, medical dressings, first-aid packets, protective facial masks, cotton spunlace nonwoven, make-up cotton, natural nontoxic antiseptic sanitary elements, etc., approved by Hunan Provincial Food and Drug Administration, Development Reform Commission and Fiber Bureau. The company also purchases, processes and sells cotton. The company has unique high-temperature high-pressure degreasing and bleaching production line made by Germany Remondis Company and capable of annually producing 7,000 tons of medical absorbent cotton, a gauze dyeing and bleaching production line made by Hong Kong Fong’s Company and capable of annually producing 100,000,000 meters of medical absorbent gauze, and production lines capable of annually producing 2,000 tons of cotton spunlace nonwoven and 2,000 tons of spunlace make-up cotton respectively. By introducing Taiwan technology, the company is building the national first natural nontoxic antiseptic sanitary element base with an annual output of 20,000 tons, and the product replaces petrochemical synthetic detergent to create a new page of biological, natural, eco-friendly, low-carbon and healthy detergent industry.
