腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术术中及术后护理观察[摘要] 目的 观察腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术的护理特点与效果。方法 选择择期行前列腺癌手术患者40例，随机分为实验组与对照组各20例。实验组前列腺癌患者于腹腔镜下进行前列腺癌根治术，对照组进行前列腺癌根治术时采用常规中下腹部正中切开方法。结果 实验组较对照组切口长度短、出血量少、疼痛时间及恢复时间短、下床活动时间早、住院时间短、差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术手术时间较长，术中出血较少，创伤少，疼痛轻，术后恢复快，并发症较少，从而较快地减轻了护理工作量，提高了护理质量。 [关键词] 腹腔镜；前列腺癌；术后护理 [中图分类号] R473.73 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2011）24-113-02 Postoperative Nursing Observation and Analysis of Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy for Prostate Cancer between Intraoperative and Postoperative REN Yanming The Surgery of Central Hospital of Jiangmen City in Guangdong Province，Jiangmen 529700，China [Abstract] Objective To explore the laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer nursing characteristics and effect. Methods All 40 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 20 cases each group. The experimental group patients with prostate cancer using laparoscopic radical prostatectomy performed，the control group undergoing radical prostatectomy was the use of conventional middle and lower abdominal median incision method. Results The experimental group with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy has shorter incision length，less bleeding，shorter pain timeand recovery time， earlier ambulation time，haa significant difference （ P＜0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer longer operation time， intraoperative bleeding is less， less wound， less pain， faster postoperative recovery， less complication， we can quickly relieve the nursing workload and improve the quality of nursing. [Key words] Laparoscopic； Radical prostatectomy； Postoperative nursing 前列腺癌在欧美国家是男性最常见的恶性肿瘤，近年来我国前列腺癌的发病率和死亡率都有明显增长。前列腺癌根治术是治疗早期前列腺癌的首选方法，而腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术是近年发展的最新的一种治疗前列腺癌的微创技术，此技术切口小，术中出血小，恢复快，疗效好，并发症小，而且在保留患者控尿功能和勃起功能方面也有一定的优势[1]。我院自2010年1月～2011年4月在腹腔镜下行前列腺癌根治术，取得满意效果，现将术中及术后护理观察分析要点介绍如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 临床资料 择期手术前列腺癌患者40例，ASAⅡ～Ⅲ级，年龄56～72岁。体重53～65kg，血常规生化检查、肝功能、肾功能检查均在正常范围。合并慢性支气管3例，并发高血压8例，糖尿病2例。心电图正常，窦性心律32例，Ⅰ
