茶色素对恶性肿瘤放化疗增敏减毒作用探析【中图分类号】R73【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672－3783(2011)08－0275－01 【摘要】目的 探讨茶色素对恶性肿瘤放化疗增敏减毒的作用。方法 本组对160例随机分成两组，茶色素组为放疗和／或化疗加茶色素胶囊（口服每次250mg，每日3次）；对照组为放疗和／或化疗加利血生（每次20mg，每日3次）和鲨肝醇（每次100mg ，每日 2 次），两组均用药 1 个月。结果 茶色素作为放化疗的辅助治疗较对照组有增强杭癌效果，缓解骨髓抑制，降低毒副反应，改善精神状态，纠正胃肠功能紊乱，提高生活质量的效果。结论 茶色素对放化疗的良好增敏减毒作用，值得肿瘤临床进一步观察和推广使用。 【关镶词】茶色素 抑癌 增效减毒 A Discussion About The Effect Of Tea Pigment Attenuated Sebsitizer On Radiotherapy And Chemotherapy Of Maligant Tumors The Third Hospital Of Nanchang Leiqiumo Xiechunwei Jiangxi Armed police Hospital Duzheming Jiangxi Medical College Dumingsheng Zhuangwenhua The First Hospital Of Nanchang Qiyousheng Lidaling The Second Hospital In Panjin City of Liaoning Province Zhangweizhen Liyuchun The Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical College Employees Wangbaolian Chengbing The 51534 People?s Liberation Army Hospital Renchunhua 【Abstract】Objective This study is to investigate the effect of tea pigment attenuated sensitizer on radiotherapy and chemotherapy of mailgant tumors. Methods All 160 maligant patients with radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy is randomized to two groups. The treated groups is added to tea pigment capsules (250mg, po, Tid), the control groups is added to leucogen (20mg, po, Tid) and shark liver alcohol (100mg, po, Bid). Two groups all continue a month. Results As a adjuvant therapy of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, Tea pigment has more effective role than control groups in these ways: enhance the anti-cancer effect, remission bone marrow suppression, reduce side effectc and low toxicity, improve the mental state, correct gastrointestinal disorders and improve the quality of life.
