·88 · 微生物 与感 染 2009 年 6 月 第 4 卷 第 2 期 Journal of Microbes and Infection, June 2009, Vol. 4, No. 2 慢性乙型肝炎重叠急性戊型肝炎患者血清肿瘤坏死 因子 α和 白细胞介素 6 的检测及其意义 赵守松, 陈子安, 张莉 蚌埠医学院第一附属医院感染科, 蚌埠 233004 摘 要: 本文旨在探讨肿瘤坏死因子 α( TNF- α) 、白细胞介素 6( IL-6) 在慢性乙型肝炎重叠急性戊型肝炎病情 加重中的作用和临床意义。采用酶联免疫吸附试验( ELISA) 测定慢性乙型肝炎重叠急性戊型肝炎患者( 30 例) 和慢性乙型肝炎患者( 20 例) 、急性戊型肝炎患者( 20 例) 、健康体检者( 20 例) 的血清 TNF- α、IL-6, 同时检 测慢性乙型肝炎重叠急性戊型肝炎、慢性乙型肝炎和急性戊型肝炎患者的主要生化指标。结果显示, 与慢性 乙型肝炎患者、急性戊型肝炎患者、健康体检者相比, 慢性乙型肝炎重叠急性戊型肝炎患者的血清 TNF- α、 IL-6 水平显著升高( P 0. 0 1) ; 与慢性乙型肝炎、急性戊型肝炎患者相比, 慢性乙型肝炎重叠急性戊型肝炎患 者主要生化指标丙氨酸氨基转移酶( ALT) 、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶( AST) 、血清胆红素( TBIL) 显著升高( P 0. 05) , 胆固醇酯( CHE) 、血浆白蛋白( ALB) 、血清凝血酶原活动度( PTA) 显著降低( P 0. 05) ; 慢性乙型肝炎 重叠急性戊型肝炎患者的血清TNF- α、IL-6 升高水平与ALT、TBIL、PTA 升高或降低水平呈直线相关关系( P 0. 05) 。结果提示, TNF- α、IL-6 参与慢性乙型肝炎重叠急性戊型肝炎免疫病理损伤过程, 检测血清 TNF- α、 IL-6对判断慢性乙型肝炎重叠急性戊型肝炎患者肝损伤程度及预后有一定价值。 关键词: 慢性乙型肝炎; 重叠; 急性戊型肝炎; 肿瘤坏死因子 α; 白细胞介素 6 Detection and significance of serum tumor necrosis factor- αand interleukin-6 in chronic hepatitis B patients superinfected with acute hepatitis E ZHAO Shou-Song, CHEN Zi-An, ZHANG Li Department of Infectious Diseases, The First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College, Bengbu 233004, China Abstract: The present study was aimed to discuss the role and clinical significance of tumor necrosis factor- α( TNF- α) and interleukin-6 ( IL-6) in the deterioration of chronic hepatitis B patients superinfected with acute hepatitis E. Main biochemical quantitative analyses of serum levels of alanine amino transferase ( ALT) , aspartamine transferase ( AST) and total bilirubin ( TBIL) , cholesterol ester ( CHE) , albumin ( ALB) , and prothrombin activity ( PT
