电子政务云计算中心建设浅析

摘 要：农业电子政务发展进入政务需求变化快、业务资源大数据化的时代，传统电子政务数据中心已不
能满足业务发展的需要。为了适应新形势、新需求和新技术的发展，针对农业电子政务，提出农业电子
政务云计算中心建设的技术思路，统一标准规范体系、应用支撑平台和运维服务等，采用云计算技术架
构和虚拟化技术，集中建设机房等基础设施，构建电子政务云计算中心，实现资源服务化，提高资源利用
率，以支撑业务的发展。

Abstract:Theneedofagriculturale-governmentischangingfastandbusinessresourcesarebecomingbig
data,thedevelopmentofe-governmentisenteringintoanewera,traditionale-governmentdatacentercannot
meet the need of business development. In order to adapt to the new situation, new demands and the
developmentofnewtechnologies,aimingatagriculturalelectronicgovernmentaffairs,thetechnicalideasof
cloudcomputingcenterconstructionincludingunifyingstandardsystem,applicationofsupportingplatformand
operation and maintenance services, adopting cloud computing technology architecture and virtualization
technology,centralizingtheconstructionofcomputerroomandotherinfrastructureswereputforwardtobuild
e-governmentcloudcomputingcenter,soastorealizethe implementationofservice resourcesandimprove
resourceutilization.
