摘 要
针对汞对环境污染的危害，指出建立废弃荧光灯回收体系的必要性；探讨了废弃荧光灯回收体系
制定需经过的程序。阐述了对荧光灯汞污染的客观评价，以及荧光灯研制人员目前应采取的措施。
