L iany ungang Second Peop lecs H osp ital , L iany ungang , Jiangsu , 222023) ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the clinical toxicity and efficacy of Shenqifuzheng injec- tion combinedwith concurrent chemoradiotherapy inthe treatment of locally advanced nonOsmall cell lung cancer. Methods SixtyOseven patients with locally advanced nonOsmall cell lung cancer were randomizedinto tuo groups. The combination group received chemotherapy of etoposide and cis- platin regimen, and radiotherapy was given with conventional fraction in 2Gy per fraction and five fractionsper week. Thetotaltumor doseswere56~ 70 Gy. Combinedwith Shenqifuzheng injection 250 mL/d for two consecutiveweeksfor two courses, andthe control groupwas given
