学号 本科毕业设计论文 ? 题 目: 大学生就业困境成因及其对策理论与实证研究 学 院: 人文学院 专 业:?劳动与社会保障 班 级: 学生姓名: 导师姓名: 起止时间: 2008年12月至2009年6月 摘要 近几年来，大学生就业形势日益严峻，就业压力逐渐增大，就业难度日渐突出，大学生就业过程中出现的问题逐步增多，尤其在当前受经济危机影响大学生就业市场环境恶化的现状下，大学生就业问题成为全社会关注的热点和焦点。当前如何解决大学生就业问题是摆在面前的一项重大任务。就业是民生之本，做好大学生就业工作，解决大学生就业过程中出现的各种问题，促进大学生更好地就业，是加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设的具体体现。是构建社会主义和谐社会和维护社会稳定的重要任务，是建设人才资源强国和建设创新型国家的必然要求，是保持高等教育健康持续发展的重要条件。 本文在现有研究的基础上，对大学生就业过程中存在的主要问题进行阐述，对大学生就业过程中存在的主要问题的原因进行了理论研究与实证分析分析，通过对大学生就业层次的构建，分别从微观、中观与宏观角度提出了对策。 文章的主体包括三个方面的内容：第一部分是通过第二章和第三章对就业与大学生就业困境的相关理论研究，第二部分则是大学生就业困境的实证研究，该部分内容通过是正调查的方法在理论研究的基础上更加清楚地了解大学生就业困境的原因与现状，第三部分则是对大学生就业困境的解决的对策研究及对大学生就业困境解决的对策。 关键词： 大学生就业 就业困境 解释结构 层次保障 Abstract In recent years, the increasingly serious employment situation of university students, the employment pressure is gradually increased the difficulty of employment have become increasingly prominent, the Graduate Employment issues arising in the course of gradually increasing, especially in the current college students affected by the economic crisis worsening job market situation, the issue of employment of university students to become the whole society and the focus of attention.
