国外电力双边交易市场模式对比分析及启示

摘要：分析了我国电力双边交易模式现状，从大用户与发电企业直接交易，发电权有偿替代交易以及跨省
(区)电量交易三个方面展开。对典型国家电力双边交易市场模式中交易主体构成，交易种类构成，交易达成
方式以及交易机制进行对比分析，并由此总结出我国在电力双边交易中可以借鉴的经验。
