Nati nal Institute f M etr l gy, Beijing 100013) Abstract: The new wavelength calibrati n system f the grating m n chr meter w as described t research the w avelength characteristic f M del 207 m n chr meter w hich w as used in the spect ral resp nsivity measurement. The aut matic parts f t he facility w ere all c nnected w ith the c mputer by RS232 r IEEE488. The wavelength calibrati n c uld be carried ut aut mat ically, and the m n chr meters perf rmance w as als tested. At last the meth d f pr cessing acquisit i n data w as intr duced in t he pr gram. The experiment results sh w that the accuracy f the m n chr meter w avelength is 0. 02 nm.
