藤茶提取物中二氢杨梅素对大鼠急性痛风性关节炎模型的影响 卢忠英 1 ，郁建平 2 ，陈仕学 1 ，姚元勇 1(1.铜仁学院材料与化学工程学院，贵州 铜仁 554300 ；2.贵州大学生命科学学院，贵阳 550025) 摘要：目的 研究藤茶提取物中二氢杨梅素对大鼠急性痛风性关节炎模型中血清 IL-1β、IL-8、TNF-α的影响，初步探讨 其治疗急性痛风性关节炎的作用机制。方法 采用踝关节腔内注射尿酸钠建立急性痛风性关节炎大鼠模型，以秋水仙碱 为对照，观察藤茶提取物中二氢杨梅素对各组大鼠的踝关节肿胀度及血清 TNF-α、IL-1β及 IL-8 水平的调节作用。结果 模 型组关节肿胀度、IL-1β、IL-8 和 TNF-α的水平明显高于空白对照组(P0.05 或 P0.01) ；中高剂量的二氢杨梅素能明显抑 制急性痛风性关节炎大鼠的踝关节肿胀度，降低血清 TNF-α、IL-1B 及 IL-8 的水平。结论 藤茶提取物中二氢杨梅素对 急性痛风性关节炎具有良好的治疗作用，其作用机制与抑制血清 IL-1β、IL-8 和 TNF-α的产生有关。 关键词：藤茶；二氢杨梅素；急性痛风性关节炎；大鼠模型 中图分类号：R285.5 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1007-7693(2015)04-0396-04 DOI: 10.13748/ki.issn1007-7693.2015.04.002 Effect of Dihydromyricetin from Cany Tea on Acute Gouty Arthritis Model Rats 1 2 1 1 LU Zhongying , YU Jianping , CHEN Shixue , YAO Yuanyong (1.Institute of Material and Chemical Engineering, Tongren University, Tongren 554300, China; 2.College of Life Sciences, Guizhou University, Guizhou 550025, China ) ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To study the effection of dihydromyricetin from Cany tea on acute gouty arthritis model joint swelling degree and rats serum of IL-1β, IL-8, TNF-α, and to explore the action mechanism of the acute gouty arthritis treatment. METHODS Establish rats model of acute gouty arthritis by using the ankle articular injection of sodium urate, the control group use the colchicine and observe the regulation of dihydromyricetin from Cany tea on rats ankle swelling and serum levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-8 in each group.
