Chinese real estate industry had experience the dramatic development stage in only a few years, and with the level of economic development in various provinces, real estate area development is very uneven.So it is important to make the classification of real estate for formulating relevant policy. The classification of the real estate market areas is the basis of analysis of the micro regional market and the research foundation of the macro market.Only the reasonable classification, the real estate market behavior could be use a clear grasped and understood clearly.
