火电机组一次调频性能分析及优化

摘要：介绍了电网调度对机组一次调频功能的考核方法。以此明确了机组一次调频功能的性能目
标。叙述了目前国内火电机组一次调频功能的实现方式，并分析了影响机组一次调频性能的主要因素，
包括自动发电控制(AGC)指令与一次调频动作反向、汽机转速的测量精度、调频死区和不等率参数
的设置、汽机调门特性、一次调频功能的逻辑实现过程、机组与调度数据通讯等。在此基础上提出了
相应的优化方法，以有效改善机组一次调频性能。
