火力发电厂继电保护管理信息系统的研究与开发

摘要： 对火力发电厂保护和自动化装置的管理现状进行了分析：目前火力发电厂继电保护设备信息采集数量、规模不全，
侧重点不一，保护及录波数据存储分散，发布方式各异，无统一的信息管理平台。提出了火力发电厂继电保护信息管理系统
的设计方案，实时采集信息全厂的继电保护设备和自动化装置讯’Lt-矿…．．3-息，实现运行监测、设备管理、智能预警、数据发布等
一系列功能，并在实际运行中取得较好效果。
关键词：继电保护；信息管理；运行监测；事故辅助处理；智能预警
