Comparision was made among T method, M method and M/T method etc measurement methods for their advantages and disadvantages. According to the fixed deviations of bit turning in operation of machine tools and minimum drilling unit on rotation speed miniadjusting, middle way was adopted to deal reasonablely with stability and sensitivity, and relevant adjustment was made to the best algorithm. And the value finally got can be stablly displayed on machine tool rotation speed meter with fine sensitivity. Users have verified this method on their machines.
