摘要：随着我国科学技术的发展与经济实力的增强，多次电网自动化集中监控体系正式投入试运行，这是调
度自动化系统运维模式的一项重大变革，也是电网公司进一步完善提升“大运行”体系建设的重要成效。文
章首先探讨了电力自动调度的内容与技术的发展，论述了电力自动调度管理系统的应用现状与问题，分析了
基于3G的电力自动调度管理系统的方式与优点，最后进行了仿真分析。
