摘 要：讨论了电源监控系统对整个变电站电源系统的监视、管理及控制，包括对交流电源子系统、直流电源
子系统、通信电源子系统、逆变电源子系统的电量采集，状态监视、参数调节、设备控制实现了电源系统的“四
遥”功能。在实现对变电站一体化电源统一监控的基础上，进一步讨论远程监控面向功能描述的程序化控
制，并结合实际工程项目进行功能实现描述。
关键词：智能变电站；一体化电源；远程监控；面向功能描述
