摘要：结合几年来广东电网公司安全监督部门工作以及建章立制、不断提炼、深化改革、持续改进的实际情况，
对建立安全管理的长效机制等方面主要工作进行回顾；并结合广东电网公司发展核心价值、现代企业“创先”
战略要求。提出对安全管理的创新方法。
