磨煤机入口冷风量对锅炉排烟温度影响的试验分析

摘要：根据回转式空预器换热原理对制粉系统掺人冷风量对影响锅炉排烟温度的变化理论分析，得出了制粉系统
掺入冷风量的大小是影响锅炉排炯温度变化的一个可控的重要因素。根据我厂锅炉实际运行状况，通过对磨煤机运
行调整的优化试验，总结摸索出300MW机组锅炉直吹式制粉系统在运行中减少磨煤机入El冷风掺人量可以有效
降低锅炉排烟温度，提高了锅炉效率，为降低锅炉运行能耗提供了可行的途径。
关键词：磨煤机：冷风量；排烟温度；优化试验
