摘要：大量新技术被引入配电网络，使配电网的技术水平和管理水平得到了大幅提高，但也对传统配电网造成
了极大的影响。介绍了智能配电网的新技术，强调了新技术所带来的有利变化，同时探讨了新技术可能带来的
影响，尤其以分布式电源引入对于配电网的影响最为突出。
