双调制波CPS—SPWM在模块组合
多电平变换器的应用研究

摘要：模块组合多电平变换器(MMC)具有良好的可扩展性、模块化以及输出谐波含量低的特点，是一种
能很好满足未来高压或中压功率变换需求的拓扑。首先建立了三相MMC系统基于开关函数的数学模型，然
后在分析MMC特点的基础上，提出了双调制波载波移相SPWM(CPS—SPWM)技术在MMC中的具体实现方
法。通过基于Matlab／Simulink的仿真模型，详细分析了其静态特性和动态特性，结果表明MMC采用CPS—
SPWM技术后可获得较高的等效开关频率，同时具有较好的自动均压效果。实验结果进一步验证了控制策
略的可行性和有效性。
