26· 墨生 复!鲞簋 期 旦 TumorBone Disease，February 2008。Vol 7．No．1 I3一catenin在骨肉瘤中的表达及其临床意义 李成存 张栋 朱恒杰 李敏 作者单位：225200，江苏省江都市扬州洪泉医院骨科 (李成存，张栋，朱恒杰) 山东省肿瘤防治研究院 (李敏) 【摘要】 目的 探讨骨肉瘤组织中D—catenin的表达与骨肉瘤侵袭的关系及临床意义。方法 应用免疫 组织化学方法检测35例普通型骨肉瘤、15例骨软骨瘤、15例正常骨组织中D．catenin的表达。结果 骨 肉瘤组织中D—catenin的阳性表达率为57．12％(20／35)，显著高于骨软骨瘤的6．7％ (1／15)及正常骨组织 中表达 (P0．01)；其表达分别与骨肉瘤临床分期、肿瘤转移及2年内死亡有关 (P0．05)，而与患者性 别、年龄、肿瘤大小、病理分型、术前化疗无关 (P0．05)；结论 B．catenin在骨肉瘤的阳性表达与骨 肉瘤的发生、发展和转移密切相关，可能在骨肉瘤细胞侵袭、转移的过程中起重要作用；D．catenin可以作 为骨肉瘤诊断和预测转移的指标。 【关键词】 D—catenin；骨肉瘤；浸润；转移 The expression of D-catenin in osteosarcoma and its clinical significance LI Chengcun，ZHAN Dong，ZHU Hen}gJie，et a1．Departmeat of Orthopadics，Hongquan Hospita1．Jiangdu，225200，China 【Abstract] Objective To detect the expression level of D—catenin in osteosarcoma cells，and to investigate the correlation between the invasion of osteosarcoma cells and the expression of D—catenin． Methods The expression of D—catenin was assayed by immuno-histochemistry SP method in 35 specimens of common human osteosarcoma tissue，15 specimens of osteochondroma and 15 specimens of normal bone tissue．Results The positive expression rate of D—catenin in osteosarcoma was 57．12％(20／35)and significantly higher than that in osteochondroma and normal bone tissue(P0．01)．It was correlated to clinical staging，metastasis and the two—year death rate(P0．05)；while it had no correlation with the patient’s age， gender，histologicl types and preoperative chemotherapy(P0．05)．Conclusion The expression of D- catenin closely correlates with the pathogenesis，growth and metastasis of osteosarcoma．It may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of osteosarcoma．It might be used as an prospective indicator for the prognosis and metastasis． 【Key words] B—catenin；Osteosarcoma；Invasion；Neoplasm metastasis 骨肉瘤
