摘要：在介绍香港中华电力有限公司(以下简称中电)和广州供电局电网规模和发展背景的基础上，对两者进行
网架结构对比、电网运行模式对比、中低压设备水平对比和信息管理系统对比，找出差距，并就广州供电局如
何更好地学习和借鉴中电建设高供电可靠性配电网的先进理念和经验提出合理化建议。
