(　610041) Department of P ediatrics , The Second Aff iliated Hospital, WCUMS , Chengdu, 610041 　　:Bartter 。 134 , 。 , (66.7%), (82.3%)。:(1)、 , 、 、 ;(2)、 Ⅱ, ;(3) (84.6%), 4 ;(4)14 , ;(5)、 。、 、 , , 。 :Batter 　　 [] R722.11　　　 [] A 　　Abstract:Bartter s syndrome is a rare disease.This study analysed 35 cases of the disease for the first time in our country, inwhich one cases was re orted from our hos ital and 34 cases re orted throughout the country.We found the incidence was al- most the same between children and adults.The majority of the atients in childhood were male (66.7%)and that of the adult was female (82.3%).The hallmarks of Bartters syndrome were mentioned below:(1)Water-electrolytes and acid-base dis- turbances including hy okalemia, hy onatremia, hy ochloremic alkalosis and dehydration;(2)Obviously increase of renin, an- giotension Ⅱ and aldosterone, but the blood ressure almost normal;(3)Failure to thrive was rominent feature of the atient in childhood, among them 4 cases had mental retardation;(4)Rneal histology was characterized by the damage to renal tubules, interstitial tissue, glomeruli neighboring the juxataglomerular cell hy er lasia and (5)Com rehensive thera y with indomethacin, s irolactone and otassium had remarkable effect.By analysis combined with clinical manifestations, laboratory examination and renal athology, we found that the atients in adult were
