高新工业园热力管网设计 The High-tech Industrial Park, heat pipe design 摘 要 本工程为某高新工业园区热力管网设计。该工业园区内的建筑主要为工业生产及员工办公生产用楼，内设有停车场、食堂、花坛、泳池、车间等设施。园区占地面积约18万m2,总用蒸汽量为71t/h。 本次设计目的是为该工业园区提供工业用蒸汽1.0MPa下的饱和蒸气，为了节约能源，使资源得到有效的利用，利用该蒸气的冷凝回水为办公综合楼供暖。二次供回水水温为95℃/70℃.由于厂区用气压力差别不大，管网布置主要采用单管蒸汽系统。凝结水系统采用闭式满管凝结水系统。提供蒸气采用单管制蒸气系统，采用补水泵定压方式，系统运行时，采用质调节调节方式，以适应热负荷的变化。整个管道均为无补偿直埋敷设，所有管段采用预制保温管，保温材料为聚氨酯，保护层为聚乙烯，由国家标准设计图集《管道及设备保温》98R418确定其保温层厚度，通过水力计算确定管径。园区设一个换热站，内设2台型号BR0.5板式换热器，2台型号为IS200-150-400C的热水循环泵（一备一用），2台型号为IS50-32-200C的补水泵（一备一用），卧式直通除污器。整个网路由绘制的水压图可知网路压力工况均满足技术要求。 关键词： 热力外网；水力计算 ；换热站  Abstract This project is a high-tech industrial park of thermal pipe network design.
