本課程已納入 持續教育學院 教青局 School of Continuing Studies 持續進修發展計劃 WSET® 第二級葡萄酒與烈酒證書 WSET® Level 2 Award in Wines Spirits 課程簡介 Course Introduction 此課程教授世界主要葡萄品種和產區。品酒和評酒通常都是每堂課學習內容的一部分。 The aim of the course is to focus on the key grape varieties and regions of the world, and principle varieties of spirits. 課程大綱 Course Outlines  葡萄酒的釀造及影響葡萄酒風格的其它因素  白葡萄主要品種  紅葡萄主要品種  世界葡萄酒產區分布  氣泡葡萄酒  甜葡萄酒和加強酒  烈酒和利口酒  標籤術語  食品與葡萄酒的搭配  WSET 第二級系統品酒方法  How wine is made and other factors influencing the style of wine  Key white grape varieties  Key black grape varieties  Wine-producing regions of the world  Sparkling wines  Sweet wines and fortified wines  Spirits and liqueurs  Label terminology  Food and wine pairing  The WSET Level 2 Systematic Approach to Tasting Wine 證書及考試 Certificate and Examination 學員出席率達 70%或以上可取得本院頒發之培訓證書。另課程包括一次多項選擇題筆試 ［共50 題］， 作答時間為一小時，合格分數為 55% 。如學員未達合格，可申請補考並需繳付補考費每次 MOP$750 ；筆試合格之學員將由葡萄酒與烈酒基金會頒發「WSET® 第二級葡萄酒與烈酒證書」。 Candidates who have 70% attendance or above will be awarded certificate of completion by our school. The course has included one multiple choice examination (50 questions) to be completed in one hour. A total mark of 55% is required to achieve a pass. Candidates who fail the exam can apply for re-exam. Additional examination fee of MOP750 will be charged for each re-exam.
