Proposal team representation needs to cover all technical and commercial aspects. The agenda will cover scope, schedule, commercial details and key contract terms. The proposal team reviews the proposal and any subsequent changes with the Project Team. Proposal Team also hands over the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) for the contract and objectives for the work (internal/external). The Project Manager accepts responsibility for the project once he is satisfied with the basis for the work.
