人民币升值下产业结构调整摘要：人民币从2005年7月21日开始进入上升通道，冲击了我国劳动密集型的出口企业。升值幅度如何,时机如何,都影响到产业格局的调整,挖掘人民币升值与产业结构调整之间的关系。我们通过对日本在处理货币升值时的不同思路与实现的效果，从中获得启示。并结合中国现在的状况，对于在现在人民币汇率变动下的产业结构调整提出建议。 关键词：人民币升值；产业结构调整；国际贸易；日元升值；产业政策 1.Background The US-led governments have been advocating that the RMB yuan is undervalued and asked sharp appreciation of the yuan. Most scholars believe that the RMB appreciation is because in the context of the global financial crisis, Chinese domestic economy maitains rapid growth and the U.S. economy shows a declining trend . The formed gap between China and US, coupled with Chinese long-term imbalances and huge foreign exchange reserve as well as domestic rising interest rates. [1] Justin Lin proved in ‘‘ recommendations for RMB exchange rate issue and the policy ‘‘ that the value of the renminbi is not underestimated, and he believes that the origin of the problem that the yuan is undervalued lies in the pressure of the Government of Japan and the United States, and in our significantly increased foreign exchange reserves. 2.Brief Review of Japanese Yen Appreciation In September 1985, five developed countries,including the United States, Japan, West Germany, Britain and France,signed an agreement in New York’’s Plaza Hotel, and agreed to promote the appreciation of the yen, marks and other non-dollar currencies.The agreement signed was called the “Plaza Agreement”.Afterwards,the central banks began to implement a large-scale collaborative interventions, and Japan sold a lot of dollars in the foreign exchange market,which led the yen to soar.
