In Russia,he came to Britain to study workers movement.He also attended a meeting.In this conference,he was ordered to go to China to collect relevant China situation information. Richard Sorge in China In China,he geted the information by buying off(收买) a German engineer who working in chinese government. By this way,he collected lots of information about China Chinese revolution.
