This article talks about XX University of Finance and Economics as an example and aims the impact of Career Planning on college students, emphasizing importance of Career Planning, then to seek the convergence point of professional guidance, discuss the feasible ways to improve Career Planning ability of college students, from both schools and students aspects at the same time.
