用于电网削Jl肇填谷的储能系统
容量配置及经济性诨佶

摘要：电网负荷峰谷差日益增大，为满足高峰负荷用电需求，需增设或改造原有发输配电设备，而电网的低负荷率导
致电力设备的资产利用率较低，使得电源规划建设缺乏经济性。储能技术可解决峰谷差加大、资产利用率低的问题，但
现阶段储能系统的高成本限制了储能技术的规模化应用。考虑储能系统充放电平衡约束、循环寿命等因素，研究了储
能技术用于电网负荷削峰填谷的控制策略，并建立了评价储能系统投资经济性的数学模型。以实际负荷数据为例，仿
真分析了在不同调峰程度下储能系统的容量需求，分别从社会效益和投资者角度研究了储能系统投资的经济性问题，
最后提出了储能系统规模化应用的经济条件。
