暂态电压安全紧急切负荷控制优化研究

摘要：建立电力系统暂态电压安全分析的微分代数方程组模型，并推导出负荷采用三阶感应电动机并联恒阻抗模型时切负荷
控制的表示方法。提出暂态电压安全紧急控制优化的数学模型：暂态电压安全约束包括防止系统发生暂态电压失稳和暂态电
压延时恢复两个方面，目标函数为控制费用最小，控制变量为切负荷比例。采用轨迹灵敏度描述暂态电压安全约束函教与控
制变量之间的近似线性增量关系，从而将优化控带l模型转化为缌陛整数规划模型。并采用一种启发式优化算法求得模型的近
似最优解。对IEEE39节点系统的仿真计算验证了所提出模型和算法的正确有效性。
