综合能源管理系统规划方案的探讨

摘要：结合城市实际情况、需求、未来的发展规划和政府对于能源管理的方式以及能源行业运行特点，按照统筹兼顾、科学
发展、统一规划、分步实施、技术先进等原则，提出建设综合能源管理系统规划方案，充分运用国内外先进的管理理念，基于先
进、成熟的运营智能化平台，规划设计出全球领先的、适应性强的方案。这样，不仅满足当前能源管理的需要，同时可以最大
限度地适应未来城市发展和技术发展的变化。
