Background 一、背景 During a recent visit to the Nine Dragons project, I was able to see the vision, the planning, and the overall ideas as they have been developed to date by the Nine Dragons Development Group. The overall design and direction set by Nine Dragons is impressive, both in terms of the size and scope of the project, but also with regard to the dedication to quality throughout.
