Objective To explore the effect of homoge eous a d heteroge ous umbilical cord blood o fracture heali g Methods After establishme t of tra sverse fracture of tibia, 72 New Zeala d rabbits w ere di vided i to four groups: rabbit umbilical cord blood group, huma umbilical cord group, o cord blood group a d hematoma group, each of 18 rabbits. I the former three groups, drai agetube was placed i fracture sites a d closed drai age w as perfromed for about 24 hours.T he rabbit umbilical cord blood, huma umbilical cord a d sali e of 3ml w ere i jected i to fracture poi ts of the three groups respectively. I hematoma group, drai age w as ot placed a d othi g w as i jected. Immu ologic test i cludi g IgG a d SIL2R w as do e a d Xray, optical microscope a d electro microscope exami atio of tibia was also carried out. Results T he fracture heal i g duri g of umbilical cord blood groups w ere 1 week shorter tha that of hematoma group a d 2 w eeks tha t hat of o cord blood group.The fracture heali g duri g of the two umbilical cord blood groups had o obvious differe ce. The results of immu ologic test showed o obvious differe ce betw ee the four groups. Conclusion Homoge eous a d heteroge ous umbilicus cord blood were effective i promoti g fracture heali g .T here w as o ab ormal immu ologic reactio after i jectio of umbilical cord blood i local place.
