Wit h t he direct and dynamic met hods we get two time series of t he geocenter motion wit h re sp ect to I TRF2000 based on t he analysis of t he data set of Lageos2 from J anuary 1996 to December 2000 . The p a p er gives t he mean off set s and t he rate of t he geocenter motion . It also gives t he amplitudes and p hases of t he main terms of t he geocenter motion . Finally we comp are our result s wit h ot her result s in t he literatures. By comp arison and analysis , we find t hat t here are annual and semiannual component s in t he geocenter motions , but , t here is no significant longterm movement in t he geocenter motions.
