浅谈基于人类绩效技术的绩效改进(On the improvement of human performance technology based on Performance)
Abstract: in the rapid development of computer technology and information technology today, the world economic globalization towards the direction of development, more and more enterprises realize the performance management can enhance the enterprise competitiveness and core competence. In the whole process of performance management in performance improvement is a key link. Human performance technology is developed rapidly in recent years the emerging application of science, this paper analyses the concept, characteristics of human performance technology are introduced in this paper, the author discusses the process design and improvement of human performance technology based on performance. I. Introduction
With the economic globalization and the advent of the information age, enterprises around the world are facing increasingly fierce competition in domestic and international market. Many companies are seeking through the adjustment of the organizational structure, organizational downsizing, organization structure and organization structure of decentralization to increase productivity and improve organizational performance and other ways to improve their competitive ability and adaptability, namely the organizational performance management to enhance their core competitiveness, survive and develop in the fierce in the market competition.
