建筑电气安装及相关专业配合施工问题探析摘要：本文是以大同烟草公司仓储中心、综合服务楼工程为实例，阐述了电气安装专业与土建专业在工程施工中的配合与协作的重要性，详细叙述了电气安装专业在基础防雷接地施工中，屋面结构和接闪器、避雷引下线和基础接地施工时应注意问题和解决方法，还提出了接地电阻摇测应注意的事项；在主体与二次结构装修施工中，垂直管线在砌体承重墙与混凝土结构中非承重填充墙中预埋时应注意的问题和解决方法；以及在精装修施工中，吊顶内的管线敷设与消防、空调、暖通等设备安装专业交叉作业时的配合问题，在干挂墙体中安装开关、插座及配电箱等电气设备应注意的问题和解决方法，并提出了在精装修施工过程中电气设备的成品保护措施。 关键词：建筑电气专业配合防雷管线预埋设备安装 Abstract: Taking the example of the project of storage center and comprehensive service building of Datong Tobacco Company, the paper explains the importance of cooperation and collaboration of electrical installation major and civil engineering major in the construction, detailedly expounds the matters and solutions for the electrical installation major in the lightning protection and grounding constructionin, the roof structure, the air terminals, lightning deflectors and foundation grounding construction, and puts forward the precautions of grounding resistance shake test; in the decoration construction of main and secondary structure, the precautions and solutions in the vertical pipeline embeding preparation in load-bearing masonry walls and the noload-bearing filling walls of concrete structure; and in the fine decoration construction, the pipeline laying insuspended ceiling and the cooperation of the cross-operating of fire protection, air conditioning, HVAC and other equipment; the precautions and measures of installing switches, sockets and distribution boxes and other electrical equipment in dry hanging wall; and proposes the protect measures for electrical equipment in fine decoration.
