2016届本科毕业设计（论文）资料第一部分毕业论文东锣岛度假山庄规划与设计摘 要本文以本次东锣岛无人岛为研究对象，通过开展场地调研工作，掌握了场地现状等基本信息，获悉了使用者对度假山庄的功能设置要求和度假山庄的基本文化内容，拟定了设计理念。并通过对大量相关资料的收集和案例研究，获取了养老度假山庄设计的要点，为指导设计工作做好了相应的积累和准备。设计工作主要从方案功能分区及土地利用、方案空间序列分析、方案景观轴线分析、方案交通竖向分析、方案景观概念分析等五方面开展中心设计工作，设计过程坚持以人为本的设计原则，运用发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的策略，利用建筑设计和城市规划等学科的相关知识，合理进行场地整合和高差关系的弱化处理，妥善地解决好设计过程中出现的问题。在满足度假山庄功能需求的前提下，进一步进行全方位，立体化的规划和设计，构建有序的空间序列，丰富建筑立面造型。并合理的植入当地的文化元素和建筑语言，增加设计的内涵和深度，使设计工作扎根于度假山庄文化的土壤中，以展现养老度假山庄特有的形象和城市的时代风貌。关键词：度假山庄规划设计；设计理念；养老文化；空间序列；ABSTRACTThe to the East Gong Island uninhabited island as the research object, by carrying out field research work, master of the site situation and other basic information, was informed that the features of the holiday villa users set requirements and holiday villa basic cultural contents, drafted the design philosophy.
