The concept of Civil Evidence Civil evidence refers to all kinds of information that can prove the actual situation of a case in a civil action. Civil evidence is the basis for the court to judge the facts of a case in a civil action. The parties to prove their claims need to provide relevant evidence to the court, the evidence can be expressed as documentary evidence, material evidence, audio-visual materials, testimony of witnesses, statements of the parties concerned, the appraisal conclusion, inspection in the form of seven transcripts. These forms of evidence are also the evidences that the parties have proved their own opinions, that is, to prove their own opinions in some form of evidence. From the characteristics of evidence, the evidence must be related to the facts of the case to be proved, and comply with the requirements of the law, with its legitimacy. In addition, according to the objectivity of evidence, the evidence should be an objective fact.
