The earthquake magnitude of 8, the maximum intensity of 11 degrees, aftershocks occurred more than 13 thousand times. As of July 17th, 69197 people died, 18237 people missing and more than 370 thousand injured, the affected population of about 7 million 961 thousand houses collapsed, the affected area of 440 thousand square kilometers, involving 10 provinces (city) 417 counties.
