In a competitive contemporary commercial society, the human resource market is also changing rapidly. The significance of human resource management has been greatly expanded, both from connotation and extension. When people talk about the word HR, it no longer means only the management of personnel files and the recruitment of employees. The position of the HR specialist in the company has also been closely linked to the companys strategic planning and plays a very important role in the success of the companys operations.
The result of these changes is that the company may not have enough time and energy to carry out every human resource work, especially some routine and basic work. Therefore, strategic human resources planning has been put on the agenda, and human resource outsourcing management came into being.
Human resource outsourcing has become more and more popular. More and more companies outsource some regular human resources work, and the scope and content of outsourcing are also increasing. As the birth and early development of this business, the management of human resource outsourcing in Europe and America has developed to a fairly mature stage. In the Asia Pacific region, human resource outsourcing management, as an emerging content in the management of the company, is increasingly showing rapid growth and market potential.
The famous human resources consulting firm had invited GartnerDatarequest company human resource outsourcing market size of market research. According to Gartner research, in 2003, the total amount of bundled human resource services outsourcing in the global market is expected to reach $12 billion. In the Asia Pacific region, Gartner predicts that between 2000 and 2004, the annual average growth rate of human resources outsourcing management services will reach 17.52, from $1 billion 140 million in 1999 to $2 billion 560 million in 20
