临床外科杂志2008年1月第16卷第 1期 J Clin Surg，January 2008，Vo1．16，No．1 · 31· · 论著 · 临床同种脏器移植术后毛霉菌感染 三例报告 陈晚平 叶启发 明英姿 李珂 熊力 任祖海 [摘要] 目的 探讨同种器官移植术后毛霉菌感染的诊断和治疗。方法 通过检索Med— line、CNKI文献，分析我院3例患者临床资料，对其症状、诊断以及治疗进行总结报道。结果 毛霉 菌感染临床表现不典型。由于处理方式的差异，预后差别较大。结论 移植术后毛霉菌感染的发 生率极低，但结局险恶。及早外科干预、选择适当的抗真菌药物治疗对患者的预后起决定性作用。 [关键词] 肝移植； 肾移植； 毛霉菌感染 [中图分类号]R617 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1005-6483(2008)01-0031-03 Diagnosis and treatments of mucor infection after allogenic organ transplantation CHEN Wan-ping， Qi-fa，MING Ying-zi，et a1．(Institute of Organ Transplantation， e 3rd Xiangya Hospital，Centre—South Unive~ity，Changsha 410013，China) [Abstract] Objective To report the treatments of 3 cases of mucor infection after transplan- tation procedure and explore the diagnosis and treatment after literature review．Methods Symptoms， diagnoses and treatments of mucor infection after transplantation were summarized by combing the similar experience in 3 cases undergoing transplantation and the related literatures retrieved from Medline and CNKI search systems．Results There were few similar cases reported in the literature and the signs of Mucor infection were not typica1．T}le prognoses were different greatly because of the different treatments． Conclusion Mucor infection after allogenic transplantation is a rare complication，but the outcome is unfavorable．Early surgical intervention and proper anti—fungous drugs are of great significance for the pa— tients prognoses． [Key words] liver transplantation； kidney transplantation； mucor infection 毛霉菌病或称接合菌病是由毛霉菌感染导致，在 天基本正常，各项肝酶学指标逐渐下降，未有排斥反应 移植术后并发的病例，目前罕见报道…，如果治疗不 及心、肺、肾等其他重要脏器的并发症。术后第六天， 及时，会导致严重后果。本文就我院3例移植术后并 患者左大腿外侧出现一约黄豆大小“瘀斑”，暗黑色， 发毛霉菌感染患者的临床诊治经过，总结报道如下。
