吉林工商学院毕业论文 以BBC为例分析西方公共广播电视体制革 学生姓名：刘园园 所在系部：传媒艺术分院 专业名称：新闻采编与制作 所在班级：新闻07301班 学生学号：3 6号 指导教师：张春城 二0一0年5月 以BBC为例分析西方公共广播电视体制改革 内容提要 公共广播指国家采用委托的方式由公共受托人来行使广播电视经营,一般是由政府任命或批准的一个半独立性的媒介机构,例如英国的BBC、日本的NHK等,但政府不直接经营日常的广播活动.在这种体制下,公共体系的经费来源主要靠电视机执照费以及部分国家财政拨款.国家一般禁止这类广播电视机构播放广告. 这篇论文是围绕“西方公共广播电视体制改革”这一题目展开的。近几年来，有关公共广播电视的议论和研究日趋增多，对于公共广播电视模式是否可能在中国实践的问题也日益引起关注。但是纵观很多议论以及研究，都给人以雾里看花的印象。究其缘由，多半是因为对于西方公共广播电视的实质商位完全把握清楚之故。 因而，若要全面而清晰的把握西方公共广播电视的实质，就需要了解它的表现方式。从其成功例案发展，延伸，才能更好地发展我国的公共广播电视事业。 关键词： 公共广播 BBC 体制改革 Case of the Western public to BBC radio and television system Abstract Public Broadcasting commissioned a way that countries adopted by the Public Trustee to exercise the broadcast television business, generally appointed or approved by the government of a semi-independent media organizations, such as Britains BBC, Japans NHK, etc., but the government does not directly operate daily broadcasting activities. In this system, the public funding system, mainly by television license fees and some state funding. State television broadcast the general prohibition of such advertising.  This thesis is built around the Western Public Radio and Television System, the subject started. In recent years, the public broadcasting debate and research is increasing, the public broadcasting model the possibility of problems in the Chinese practice of growing concern. Throughout the many discussions and research, however, gives the impression with smoke and mirrors. The root cause, mostly because the Western public radio and television business spaces fully grasp the essence of it well.  Thus, to a comprehensive and clear grasp of the essence of Western public radio and television, you need to understand its manifestations. The development of successful cases from the case, extend to a better development of Chinas public radio and television.
