本科毕业论文(设计) 题目 浅析初中业余体育训练工作的现状与发展对策 所 在 院 系 体育系 专 业 名 称 体育教育 年 级 10级 学 生 姓 名 段文婷 学 号 2010513026 指 导 教 师 沈友青 二0一一年 十一月 浅析初中业余体育训练现状与发展对策 摘 要：业余体育训练是初中学校体育的重要组成部分是推动学校体育发展，培养优秀体育后备人才的重要途径。文章使用了文献资料研究法、访问法等方法对初中业余训练进行调查，分析出的主要问题有：1、业余训练脱离学校和家庭。2、业余训练忽视了学生这个主体。3、体育教师分工不合理，自身素质有待提高。针对这些问题，本人提出一下对策,仅供领导和教育同仁参考。1、搭建平台，争取学校领导、班主任、教师以及家长的支持。2、因材施教，直面训练。3、工作合理，体育教师分工明确，自身素质要提高。本文通过阐述初中业余训练的现状，以及出现的问题，并针对这些问题提出有效对策，旨在为我区初中体育训练发展提供有力参考，使业余训练走上一个新台阶，并最终促使学生身心得到全面发展。 关键词：初中 业余训练 现状 对策 Abstract: Amateur sports training is the junior middle schools physical education is an important part of promoting the development of school physical education, sports talents is the important way of. The article uses the method of observation, investigation method and so on to Junior Amateur Training for investigation, analysis of the main problems are:1, the amateur training of out of school and family. 2, amateur training students ignored the subject. 3, physical education teachers unreasonable division of labor, oneself quality to be improved. Aiming at these problems, I put forward the countermeasures, for leadership and education reference. 1, build a platform, for school leadership, teacher, teacher and parent support. 2, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, face training.
