建筑工程施工质量及施工成本关系【摘要】：随着我国建筑行业的兴起与繁荣，我国对工程管理的研究越发迫切。如何做好工程施工质量和施工成本的控制，辩证的处理好施工质量和施工成本之间的关系，是我国工程建筑管理的重要研究课题。在一个具体的工程建设中，工程施工质量和施工成本之间既相互联系，又相互制约。对施工质量和施工成本的控制不仅取决于施工组织设计的编制水平和执行效果，还取决于项目成本目标的设定。施工企业要根据项目所在地的价格水平，经济发展水平，国家政策规定和当地有关部门的规定，初步测算出此项目将要付出的施工成本。同时，据此初步的成本预算，选择综合素质高的施工队伍，严格执行工程施工协议，严格执行国家规范标准和施工技术标准，从全方位、重细节的角度对整个工程的实施监督管理。在施工完毕时候，严格执行结算支付，最大程度的将工程施工质量控制和施工成本控制相互结合起来，力争在节约施工成本的前提下，提升工程的施工质量。本文将从我国工程施工质量和施工成本控制的现状出发，探讨二者之间的辩证统一关系，并对施工质量控制和施工成本控制提出建议。 【关键词】建筑工程；施工企业；施工质量；施工成本；建议 【 abstract 】 : with the rise of the construction industry in our country and prosperity, our country to project management of research more urgent.
